About Us

Ovenly Bakes N Cakes was founded in 2016 by Thanuja Amandakoon. Thanuja's passion for baking extends back to her mom's kitchen when she used to watch her mom decorates cakes as a child. She re-discovered her love for baking after becoming a stay-at-home mom herself to a little girl in 2014 and start to bake for pleasure and for friends for their special occasions. Thanuja is a self-taught baker mastering all the intricate details of creating beautiful cakes and to further polish her skills, she has taken introductory baking classes at the Baking Academy of Ireland.
It is a dream come true to create bespoke cakes for our satisfied and growing clients. Our mouth-wateringly delicious recipes are lovingly and expertly baked in our HSE approved fully insured kitchen. All our cakes and bakes are made with highest quality ingredients.
